In the panorama, above, So. Moat is the largest peak on the left side, Middle Moat is almost in the middle of the picture, just before the ridge drops down, and No. Moat is seen in the distance, as the major peak in the right half of the picture.

The Moats, a long ridge near No. Conway, NH, were burned over years ago, and the major summits are bare. Summer and winter, I watch the weather change over the Moats. Finally we got to experience them first hand.
